Please welcome our newest Elf, Tinsel! He is a gorgeous 1’ish year old Shih Tzu and weighs just 13 pounds. We don’t know much about his prior life as a breeder dog, but since he’s been with us, he’s been keeping his crate clean, did well for all his vetting and did well on transport with other dogs.
