Rusty is ready—and he knows it. Ready to meet you, ready to steal your heart, and most importantly, ready to go HOME. This 3-year-old German Shepherd (mix?) arrived as a stray on 3/13/2026, and despite everything, he’s kept his spirit bright, his personality playful, and his heart open.
With his classic black-and-tan coat, big brown eyes, and a presence that feels both regal and a little goofy, Rusty is the kind of dog who turns a simple walk into something special.
