This 3-year-old Queensland Heeler/Cattle Dog mix, weighing about 44 pounds, arrived at ATR after being found as a stray with her puppies. Despite everything she went through while trying to survive and care for her little ones, Cherry hasn’t lost her joyful spirit—or her love for people and other dogs.

Now that her mothering days are behind her, it’s finally her turn to be cared for.
