Puppy Diesel is slowly coming out of his shell—and what a sweet, fun little guy he is! This 8-month-old Akita mix arrived as a stray on 2/3/2026 and has been gently shedding his scared, confused layers. With a stunning tri-colored coat of white, brown, and black, and soulful brown eyes, Diesel is starting to show the playful, affectionate puppy underneath. He’s recently been neutered and is learning to trust again.
Diesel was brought in with his sister, who has already gone to a loving rescue, and he’s currently kenneling with Ozzy, a shy buddy who’s also finding his confidence. The two are getting along beautifully, and Diesel’s curiosity and personality are blossoming every day. At the perfect age to learn house rules and social skills, he’s eager to offer love, loyalty, and endless cuddles to the right family.
