Little Sadie is a very sweet, tender-hearted girl who is just beginning to learn that the world doesn’t have to be scary. After coming from a hoarding situation where there were far too many dogs and very little individual care, Sadie is taking slow, brave steps toward trust—one gentle moment at a time.
In new environments, Sadie can be understandably fearful. She currently needs help being carried outside for potty breaks, where she does go once placed outdoors. Because she may try to hide or run when frightened, a doggy playpen is strongly recommended to help her feel secure while she builds confidence. Once settled, she enjoys being placed on the couch and finds comfort in quiet snuggles wrapped in a soft blanket.
