Have you ever seen a more beautiful Collie?? Romeo is a blue merle headed white rough Collie which means that his body is covered with white silky fur and his head is colored in shades of silver and grey and white. Very unusual and stunning. But don’t want him because he is beautiful. Want him because he is a Collie with tons of love to share.
Romeo has been vaccinated and is heartworm negative. The rest of his vet care will be done here in Colorado when he arrives late Wednesday evening, 10/16. Pre-anesthetic bloodwork, neuter and Home Again microchip with a lifetime database registration. He is on his way from Missouri to a lifetime of happiness in Colorado.
One of our volunteers, Pat, is in the vehicle with Romeo and she has this to say about him, “Romeo is gentle and affectionate. He enjoys the company of other dogs but probably would not object to being an only dog and the center of attention. He is curious about who we are and where we might be headed. I am including him in our conversation and fully expect him to join in. If you look into his eyes, he has an old soul.”
