Rocky has been living in backyard tied up in 3ft length rope his entire life. Even during recent freezing temperatures and heavy rainstorm, he had no where to hide but to cry and shiver in pain. After numerous contacts with LA County Animal Services for months, he is finally rescued and currently staying in Downey animal shelter. Please please help this young pup experience what “normal” dog life would be.. First picture is Rocky crying in heavy rain covered in his own feces and mud.. He is sweet 2 years old and ready for a good home.
