Despite everything, Rocky remains a calm, affectionate, and gentle soul. He loves leaning into his humans for hugs and easily wins over everyone he meets. Dog walkers describe him as a dream: easy to collar, leash, and walk. On outings, Rocky enjoys exploring the world through “sniff-aris” and takes in every new scent with joyful curiosity.
