Jaynee is a 2-year-old Chihuahua mix with a soft soul and a love for snuggles. Weighing just over 13 pounds, she’s the perfect lap-sized companion—and she’s searching for the forever home she’s never had. Jaynee and her little buddy, Jay Jay, wandered up to a kind stranger’s home, but despite their sweet nature and clear desire for affection, no one came looking for them. After their stray hold was up, the person reached out for help, and Burlington County Animal Alliance of NJ (BCAA) welcomed both dogs into their rescue.
Jaynee doesn’t need to be adopted with Jay Jay, though they do make a great pair. She gets along beautifully with other dogs, has no issues with cats, and shares her crate and meals like a pro. While new to leash walking, she’s showing great progress and would do best in a home with a secure fenced yard as she continues to gain confidence. Her foster mom says Jaynee is an affectionate cuddle bug who loves being held and doted on. She’s past the puppy stage, crate-trained, and full of love to give.
