Rascal was found in a kennel with his sister in February. They had been abandoned at an oil refining plant, in a crate with no food or water. It was a sad event for these pups, who at just over 3 months old were given up and left to the mercy of the elements and a kind stranger.
Rascal is full of energy and love. He enjoys tossing toys up in the air and trying to catch them as they fall. He rarely fails. He would do great with a big backyard to play in, and a person (or 2+) to toss his toys so he can catch them.
Rascal is fully vetted and heartworm negative. He is house and crate trained. He loves to play with other dogs and has never met a person he doesn’t like. Rascal has passed through 3 foster homes (not his fault) and has spent the last 4 months in a crate at our office. Now time is running out, as the office will be closing at the end of August. Rascal needs a great loving home ASAP.
