Meet Parker, a stunning 5-year-old German Shepherd with a sable coat and bright, soulful brown eyes. Recently spayed and surrendered to the shelter, Parker is trying to understand her new surroundings—but her heart is full of love and affection. She jumps for hugs and wants nothing more than to be close to her people, showing off her eager-to-please personality every step of the way.

While she can be a little enthusiastic during walks and when being collared, Parker has no mean bone in her body. She’s intelligent, knows the “sit” command, and is highly treat-motivated, meaning training and guidance will come naturally. Signs of a challenging past—like fly-strike on her ears—suggest she may have spent time outdoors, but now she’s ready to relax, recover, and truly blossom in a caring home.
