While her start in life was a little different from her siblings, Phoebe is now hoping for a chance of her own.

Phoebe is a timid, sensitive girl, especially with new people and unfamiliar experiences. She takes time to warm up, but once she feels safe, her gentle nature begins to shine. Where Phoebe truly thrives is around other dogs—she does great with all dogs and feels most confident and comfortable when she has canine companions by her side.

Because of her shy personality, Phoebe would do best in a home that offers patience, reassurance, and a calm environment, ideally with another friendly dog to help her build confidence and feel secure.
