After landing in the shelter through no fault of her own, Pennie is now thriving in her DC-area foster home—working hard on her manners and waiting for her forever family to find her. She’s already mastered Sit, Stay, Paw, Down, and Quiet, proving she’s one very clever pup with endless potential.
