Meet Oatmeal! Oatmeal is approximately a year old Chihuahua Mix. She came from another local animal shelter with her three fur friends. Oatmeal is more on the shy side, however, she seems to quickly warm up to someone. She would definitely be a great lap dog once she warms up to that one someone.
