The Brave Puppy Who Refused to Give Up
Red is a 6-month-old Bulldog/Shih Tzu mix who has survived more in his short life than most dogs ever will. Found lying in the grass with a badly injured leg, Red had been hit by a car after his former family cruelly abandoned him on the side of the road. People passed by, but no one stopped—until a small family-run rescue spotted him and gave him a second chance.
Even though he was hurt and scared, Red wagged his tail when help finally came. He was rushed to the vet, where it was discovered he had a serious leg injury and would need extensive care. Despite the pain, Red remained calm and trusting—earning praise from the vet as one of the kindest patients they had ever seen. Today, Red is fully healed, running in the backyard and laying his head gently on his rescuers’ feet. All he needs now is a family of his own.
