Nearly 500 days spent in an animal shelter is way too long! Millie has been searching for her forever home since February of 2022. She is currently the longest-stay resident at Pet Helpers Adoption Center.

Millie is very affectionate and loves people. As soon as you approach her she wiggles her whole body in excitement and taps her feet in anticipation of the pets she is about to receive. She loves to go for walks, play tug of war with her toys and roll in the grass.

In fact, every walk you take her on you are sure to have her flop on her side and roll around with a big smile on her face with a snort or too to let you know she’s having the best time. But the thing that brings her the most joy, spending time cuddled up by your side getting lots of belly rubs.

She will curl up with her favorite toy, giving it lots of pittie nibbles while she waits for you to dispense all the pets you can muster. Millie will do best in a home where she can be your sole focus as the only pet, but she promises to give you so much love you won’t feel the need to have any other fur babies.

She would do great in a home with older kids as she sometimes forgets that she is all muscle and a tail wags. Millie is ready and waiting on you to adopt or foster her today.
