Lolita is a charming and gentle soul with a heart full of sweetness and potential! At 8 months old and 35 pounds, she may be a bit timid, but with patience and encouragement, she’s steadily building confidence in her surroundings.
On a recent field trip, Lolita was calm and quiet in the car, needing some help getting in but settling down quickly. On leash, she had some puppy energy and tried to pull ahead at times, but responded well to redirection. She was calm when passing other dogs, even when they were barking behind fences. She wasn’t interested in squirrels, preferring to stay focused on her walk.
A regular in shelter playgroups, Lolita enjoys the company of other gentle dogs and knows how to engage in calm, friendly play.
