Jitterbug has the kind of personality that gets the party started. She runs up to greet anyone and everyone—dogs, people, probably even squirrels (if they stuck around long enough!). Hyperactive dogs? Not a problem, she’s cool as a cucumber. And while she’s fostered by herself and loves her me-time, she’s equally thrilled to hang out with new friends.
