Mandalay is a young, affectionate pup who found herself in a crowded shelter on May 11th with no microchip or ID—and no one came to claim her. As her time ran out, it looked like her story might end far too soon. Thankfully, a kind foster stepped up, and Mandalay joined the rescue on June 16th.
