Ernie, an 8-year-old Shih-tzu mix, came into the shelter as a stray with another Shih-tzu mix Bertha. He was matted and filthy, and after being groomed, he’s looking sharp! Ernie was on the dog walking program and was described as friendly, playful, a little shy and timid at first, gentle, well behaved, and easy to walk.
Thankfully, although hardly any information was known about the two, but Bertha was adopted, and Ernie was rescued by Last Chance at Life rescue! Although Bertha has found forever home, he’ll still be looking for his as soon as any medical issues he may have are addressed.
