Meet Dixie! This 10-month-old, 35 lb Shepherd mix is full of love, personality, and puppy charm. Dixie is a sweet and affectionate young dog who thrives on attention, routine, and active play. He absolutely loves people and is always up for a cuddle or an adventure. Whether it’s long walks, outside time, or splashing in the water, Dixie is eager to be by your side. He gets along well with other dogs but has a high prey drive and should not live with cats or small animals.
Dixie is doing wonderfully with housebreaking, crate training, and leash manners. He responds well to positive reinforcement and is very treat-motivated, making training a fun and rewarding experience. Dixie is looking for a structured, patient home with plenty of time for play, training, and love. A big fenced yard or regular park visits would make him the happiest pup around.
