About Daisy Mae: Daisy is a 3-year-old, 14lb, tri-color Chihuahua mix with a resilient spirit. She was born with luxating patellas, which left her in pain and made even walking difficult. After being a stray and struggling with this painful condition, our rescue stepped in. Thanks to successful surgery funded by our rescue, Daisy is now pain-free and thriving in foster care. Initially nervous and typical of her breed, she warms up to become protective and loving. Daisy enjoys cuddling on a large pet bed and has formed a strong bond with her foster dad.
Ideal Home: We’re looking for a special family that can offer Daisy a forever home with a fenced yard and plenty of love and empathy to continue her recovery. Daisy is healthy, spayed, up-to-date on all vaccinations, heartworm and flea preventatives, dewormed, and microchipped. She is also housetrained and gets along well with other dogs and cats.
Adoption Details: Daisy’s adoption donation is $300, which includes 30 days of pet health insurance, dog food, a harness, a leash, and lifetime training tips to help you and Daisy succeed together.
