Approximate Weight: 20 lbs; probably could stand to lose a couple
Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven’t seen her with cats but she can be tested. We would be cautious placing Coco in a home with children under 12 years old because young kids can often scare small breed dogs with their level of energy or noise. Children would need to be supervised closely to ensure their interactions with the dog are calm and gentle in nature. We would be happy to discuss this more in depth with any applicant.
Currently Living at: Shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get her freedom ride up here!
Coco is Looking For: Her forever family! Through no fault, this sweetie needs a new home. She’s eager to once again have her own humans for sniffy walks and romps and all the adventures they can dream up – small dogs’ batteries last a LONG time and she’s ready to go!
Most of all, she wants to be safe and loved for all her days. In exchange, she promises loyal companionship and adoring gazes. What do you say? Is Coco the one for your home and your heart?
