Rudy is a 7-month-old Shepsky (German Shepherd/Husky mix) with soulful mismatched eyes, freckled snout, and ears that flop in the most charming way. He was found as a stray on May 17, 2025, and is currently at Animal Friends of the Valleys in Wildomar, CA, waiting for the loving home every puppy deserves.
At first, Rudy was overwhelmed by the shelter environment, but he’s gained confidence through the dog walking program and now greets people with shy curiosity and a growing trust. Once you have treats in hand, Rudy lights up with enthusiasm—this smart, food-motivated boy is eager to learn and would thrive with positive reinforcement training. He walks well on leash, enjoys sniffing his surroundings, and recovers quickly from the occasional startle.
