Meet Blue, a resilient and playful 14-month-old Miniature Poodle weighing 9 lbs (he should be around 11 lbs as an adult). Blue is named for his striking blue eye and is as charming as he is spirited. He’s a velcro dog who loves cuddles but also has plenty of energy for playtime and exploring.
