Abby is a one year old pitty mix rescue dog. She was found roaming the streets of Philadelphia, malnourished and dehydrated. She was skinny but full of personality. Delco Dawgs took her in on a medical case. Abby has been winning over hearts left and right but we haven’t found the right fit for her needs.
