This 7-month-old Pit Bull puppy arrived as a stray on 4/19/2026 and was kenneled with his buddy Trunks, who has since been adopted. Now Socks is left behind, a little confused, a little sad, and still holding onto the same hopeful energy he arrived with.

But underneath that brief heartbreak is still a puppy who believes his turn is coming.
